Create a free account, add your business, services, prices and opening hours (or import them from your own website), then publish. You can also book a call with the founders and set it up together.
No. Your Bookwise page works on its own. If you have a website, you can link to your page from it and use it as a starting point for your details.
Booking pages and the emails and messages customers receive are available in 10 languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic and Hindi. Customers pick their language from the menu at the top of your page and get their messages in the language they booked in. The dashboard is in English and French.
Bookings and calendars

Yes. Create booking links for all your services or a single one, name them by channel or campaign, and pause them any time. Each booking shows which link it came from.
You set the cancellation policy customers see before booking. Customers can cancel from their confirmation page, and the policy decides any fee.
Payments and pricing
3 questionsYour first 10 online bookings are free, with every feature. After that, Pro is $9.99 a month for unlimited bookings. Bookwise never takes a commission.
Not yet. Customers book without paying online, and you take payment as you do today. Use approvals, minimum notice and your cancellation policy to protect your time. Online deposits will come later.
No. Bookwise takes no commission on bookings, on any plan.
AI assistants
3 questionsEach page has structured data (schema.org), a stable address for every service and parameters that prefill a booking. AI agents can also use Bookwise's documented booking interface (MCP) to check availability and start a booking that the customer confirms.
No. Each assistant decides what to recommend and where it gets its information. Bookwise makes sure the details it finds about your business are accurate and bookable.
No. Bookwise works with any assistant or agent that can read web pages or connect to an MCP server. Mentioning an assistant doesn't imply a partnership.
Your business and data
2 questionsYour customers book with you. You can see their history and export your customer list at any time. Bookwise only uses booking information to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice.
Yes. You can unpublish your page, export your customers and delete your business and its data from Settings. Confirmed bookings still need to be honoured or cancelled under your policy.
