Publish your business
Turn your business details into a profile that people and agents can actually use.
1. Start with accurate business details
Sign in to your dashboard, create a business, and choose hotel, restaurant or salon. Add a recognizable name, contact details, city, currency and local timezone. Your timezone determines how dates, opening hours and policy deadlines are interpreted.
You can enter information yourself or import supported material from your own website or documents. Review extracted facts and images before publishing. Importing a marketplace listing is not supported; calendar feeds are a separate connection.
2. Define what can be booked
An offering is what the customer chooses: a room type, table area or service. A resource is what gets reserved: a specific room, table or staff member. Link at least one active resource to each active offering.
| Example offering | Example resource | Useful details |
|---|---|---|
| Garden Twin room | Room 04 | Guest capacity, room count, amenities, nightly price |
| Terrace dining | Table T3 | Party capacity, seating area, reservation duration |
| Cut & blow-dry | Stylist Maya | Service duration, buffer, price, qualified staff |
Use real photographs for rooms, tables and services. AI-generated decorative assets must not be presented as photographs of what a customer will receive.
3. Set your availability and rules
- Set opening hours for restaurants and salons, plus exceptions for closures or holidays.
- Use the built-in calendar, or connect supported Google/iCal calendars. Imported calendar blocks affect availability; external sync is not instantaneous.
- Set prices, seasonal rates, taxes and fees. Identify prices that are starting prices.
- Choose verification, deposit, approval and cancellation policies. Explain important house rules in plain language.
4. Review and publish
Publishing checks the business name, valid timezone, city, contact details, active offerings, linked active resources and calendar setup. Table and appointment businesses also need opening hours. Owner-supplied text is checked for instructions that try to manipulate an AI assistant.
- Review the customer-facing profile and prices.
- Resolve the publishing checklist items.
- Publish the listing and open its booking page.
- Check a realistic date and offering, then share the booking link.
5. Share the right address
https://bookwise.live/your-business-slug
https://bookwise.live/your-business-slug/llms.txt
https://bookwise.live/api/mcp (businessId: your-business-slug)Share the booking page with customers, the Markdown summary with agents, and the MCP endpoint with compatible integrations: agents pass your slug as businessId. The slug is the one assigned to your published business. The older per-business address https://bookwise.live/api/b/your-business-slug/mcp still works but is deprecated.
